A dream came true for me last week: I was able to see elephants in the wild on an elephant safari in Sri Lanka! My time in the country is off to an excellent start!

Last week I started my trek along the National Israel Trail with a couple of days of hiking through the Negev Desert. The combination of the desert heat and the barren landscape was challenging, yet extremely rewarding!

Returning to my adopted home London for the first time in nearly half a decade made me much more emotional than I would have ever expected.

After checking out some of Colombia’s Caribbean beaches, it was time to cool off in the mountains, and so we went to Minca in the Sierra Nevada for waterfalls & mountain hikes.
