I nearly didn’t make it to the U.S., but when I finally arrived in Los Angeles, spectacular sunsets, long runs by the ocean, stunning street art and terrific food were waiting for me!

Last week I went to Santa Rosa in Northern California, a trip that did not only bring me to a bunch of wineries, but also to the Redwoods, the world’s tallest trees!

I couldn’t leave L.A. without visiting Silver Lake, which I was told is ‘the Brooklyn of Los Angeles’. I found street art, hipster coffee shops and cool little shops…

My highlight of this past week was a road trip down the Pacific Coast Highway into Orange County. One of the best stops along the way? Huntington Beach!
