In our attempt to escape the sweltering heat of Kuala Lumpur, our trip to the Malaysia’s Cameron Highlands provided bigger challenges and a more British experience than we ever expected.

We were greeted by ‘tropical depression’ Matthew within 12 hours of our arrival to San Pedro, Ambergris Caye, a small island off the coast of Belize. This was our first severe storm since setting off on our trip.

This week I returned to Niagara Falls for my second visit! After experiencing the Canadian side in 2011, I now got to soak up the feel of the American side (and got completely drenched!)

The Niagara Falls are more amazing than we expected, but we were less than enthused about the town. Luckily, we found the perfect solution to make a trip to the falls a much more authentic, relaxing experience.
