We visited one of the most fascinating landscapes in the southwestern U.S. – the vast white sand desert of Sand Dunes in New Mexico – and got almost lost in the dunes!

After our month-long road trip through the South, our bodies were longing for some healthy food, and we decided to try as many vegan restaurants in Chicago as possible.
