Polaroid of the week: Happy 7th anniversary to us!

polaroid of the week germany berlin heart We usually post our Polaroid of the Week on Thursdays, but we decided to take the day off and celebrate our 7th anniversary with this special edition of our Polaroid today! We shared The Story Of Us before, but only few people know that it was 9th July 2006 when we actually admitted that we had fallen head over heels in love with each other. After a month spent together watching almost every game of the soccer world cup together, it took us until the grand finale to realize that we were more than just friends. We had no idea where our love story would lead us, but we sure didn’t think it’d bring us to Berlin, the place where the world cup final had taken place back then, seven years later. We also had no idea that we would be able to take this day off because we’d be working for ourselves, or be ‘digital nomads’ now as a matter of fact! But we followed our passion, our love and our dreams, and so here we are today, celebrating our love for each other and the lifestyle we have chosen together. The day could have not been more perfect – Berlin showed its best side today: with splendid summer weather, delicious food, and new neighborhoods to explore.

I know…………. On your way back to wherever, why don’t you drop by San Francisco and get hitched? The big news is that same sex couples can be legally married in California now, so says the Supreme Court!

    Or not…………. πŸ™‚
